Join Maplesoft Group as a Solutions Analyst to drive client-focused solutions in a hybrid work setting located in Toronto, ON or Montreal, QC. Utilize your analysis skills to define and streamline client requirements.

In this full-time position, you will engage with clients to understand their needs and translate these into actionable business requirements.

Your role will encapsulate leading workshops, analyzing workflows, and ensuring that business objectives align with technical solutions. Emphasis will also be placed on maintaining accurate documentation and managing client interactions effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate client workshops to extract business needs

• Document business and functional requirements clearly

• Work closely with Product and Development teams

• Identify risks and gaps in requirements

• Develop templates and documentation for continuous improvement

Requirements:

• 3-7 years of relevant analytical experience

• Proven skill in client requirement gathering sessions

• Excellent English communication abilities

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools

• Experience in benefits or claims administration
