In this role, you will be integral to analyzing and implementing critical communication technologies for ambulance dispatch centers. Your responsibilities will include providing both on-site and remote support, ensuring effective service delivery, and managing technical incidents. You'll also lead seminars and provide training on advanced communication systems.
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze and implement communication tech systems
• Provide comprehensive technical support
• Manage service delivery for IT systems
• Conduct regional seminars for emergency services
• Collaborate with vendors to resolve technical issues
Requirements:
• Class G driver's license required
• Must have basic CPR and first aid certification
• Experience with Avaya and other tech systems
• Strong knowledge of current operating systems
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and support effectively
