Post-Implementation SAP SuccessFactors Consultant

Our client is searching for a consultant with substantial SAP Success Factors experience to support an upcoming deployment. This role, starting with a July go-live, emphasizes troubleshooting and assisting users across core modules including Employee Central and Onboarding. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure smooth transitions into operational support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Offer day-to-day support for SAP Success Factors post-implementation

• Troubleshoot diverse issues across core modules

• Assist and guide users on system functionalities

• Work with project teams on stabilization efforts

• Promote process optimization initiatives
Requirements:

• At least 5 years’ experience in SAP Success Factors

• Hands-on experience with Employee Central and LMS

• Support experience post-go-live for implementations

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

• Ability to work in large enterprise environments
