Agile Operations & Jira Management Expert

This full-time position is integral to optimizing our Jira platform and coaching teams on Agile principles. You will facilitate backlog management, automate workflows, and support capacity planning across projects, all while helping elevate our innovative AI solutions in the marketplace.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize Jira configurations and governance

• Develop dashboards and reports with advanced JQL

• Standardize backlog structure and project workflows

• Implement automation for recurring tasks in Jira

• Coordinate cross-team resource and capacity planning
Requirements:

• 3+ years in hands-on Jira administration

• Experience in Agile delivery and cross-team coaching

• Proficient in Agile frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban

• Effective communication and leadership abilities

• Canadian citizenship or permanent residency for clearance
