Enhance asset management with Thales as a Maximo Designer in Ottawa. This hybrid role focuses on configuring the IBM Maximo system for the AJISS program while engaging with various technical elements.
In this position, your 2-3 years of experience will be valuable as you refine the Maximo application’s configurations based on team needs. Other duties include user support and routine maintenance, contributing to streamlined operations on the waterfront. This role plays a direct role in empowering teams with effective asset management solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Configure Maximo fields, forms, and searches
• Manage user groups, roles, and permissions
• Troubleshoot integration and application issues
• Carry out routine administration tasks on the system
• Document changes and updates for user training
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Minimum 2-3 years experience with IBM Maximo
• Basic SQL knowledge for queries and troubleshooting
• Experience with workflows and integration management
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
