Position: Maximo Designer for Thales
Become a Maximo Designer with Thales in Ottawa, Canada, responsible for configuring the IBM Maximo Asset Management tool for the AJISS program. This role focuses on refining setups and supporting users effectively.

Thales is seeking an experienced Maximo Designer to enhance and administer the Maximo application tailored to waterfront teams. You will evaluate change requests, administer configurations, and troubleshoot issues within the system. An understanding of SQL and integration management is beneficial but not strictly necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

• Update configurations using Maximo’s tools

• Conduct troubleshooting for application and integration issues

• Administer user accounts and manage permissions

• Support users and maintain system integrity

• Update the asset model for AJISS processes

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field

• 2-3 years’ experience with IBM Maximo

• Experience in system administration tasks

• Familiarity with workflow administration

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
