We are looking for an experienced IT Specialist with strong Kubernetes expertise to manage, support, and optimize containerized applications and infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience deploying, scaling, maintaining, and troubleshooting Kubernetes clusters across both on-premises and public cloud environments
, along with a strong understanding of cloud and bare-metal infrastructure.
This role requires strong troubleshooting skills, an automation-focused mindset, and the ability to collaborate effectively with development and infrastructure teams in a fast-paced technical environment.
Responsibilities- Deploy, configure, manage, and maintain Kubernetes clusters across on-premises and cloud environments
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize the performance and availability of Kubernetes clusters and containerized applications
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support automated application deployment and infrastructure changes
- Diagnose and resolve issues related to Kubernetes, Docker, networking, storage, and container orchestration
- Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to design scalable, reliable, and highly available solutions
- Implement and maintain security best practices within Kubernetes environments
- Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and deployment using tools such as Terraform and Ansible
- Perform regular system audits, upgrades, patching, capacity planning, and performance tuning
- Develop and maintain technical documentation for Kubernetes environments, configurations, procedures, and operational processes
- Evaluate new Kubernetes capabilities, technologies, and industry best practices to continuously improve the environment
- Support both cloud-based and bare-metal infrastructure supporting containerized workloads
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- Proven hands-on experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration
- Strong knowledge of Docker and containerization technologies
- Minimum three years of experience working with Microsoft Azure, including Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS)
- Experience deploying and managing Kubernetes within both cloud and on-premises environments
- Strong understanding of infrastructure, networking, storage, and Linux-based systems
- Proficiency with scripting and automation using Power Shell, Python, or similar languages
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Git Lab CI/CD, or similar technologies
- Experience with infrastructure-as-code and configuration management tools such as Terraform and Ansible
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent technical communication and collaboration skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced technical environment
- CNCF Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA)
