Position: Adoption and Training Specialist Role

As a key player in client success, you'll lead training sessions on Microsoft 365 and support effective adoption strategies across organizations. Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate comprehensive training for Microsoft tools

• Create engaging learning materials and digital content

• Develop communication plans for user engagement

• Identify and overcome barriers to technology adoption

• Measure user engagement and satisfaction metrics

Requirements:

• Degree in Education, IT, or similar fields

• 2–5+ years in user training or customer success roles

• Knowledge of Microsoft collaboration tools

• Excellent facilitation and instructional design skills

• Strong organizational abilities and project management
