Become the driving force behind agile delivery as a Scrum Master for multiple IT teams.

Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate end-to-end delivery within a scaled agile framework
• Collaborate with Product Owners to track progress
• Protect teams from unnecessary distractions and conflicts
• Support the execution of delivery aligned with project goals
• Drive continuous improvement through metrics and insights
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field
• Agile certification such as CSM or SAFe Scrum Master
• Proven experience in Scrum roles within IT
• Proficient with Jira and collaboration tools
• Strong facilitation, communication, and coaching skills
Lead the agile transformation journey and enhance team effectiveness as a Scrum Master.
