As a Data Advisor, you will collaborate with the Manager of Research to ensure Inuit sovereignty in data governance.
Your role includes managing projects, assessing existing policies, and engaging with Inuit groups to promote collaborative data utilization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee delivery on strategic data management projects
• Conduct analysis and maintain Inuit-relevant datasets
• Participate in national working groups for data initiatives
• Prepare thorough reports and insights for team use
• Foster strong relationships with Inuit organizations
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• At least three years of related experience
• Strong quantitative, analytical, and communication skills
• Understanding of data governance needed
• Willingness to travel as required
