In this pivotal role, you will engage clients through dynamic training sessions, support their transformation with Microsoft 365 tools, and coach on AI usage like Copilot. Collaborate closely with both clients and teams to ensure effective rollout and adoption strategies that enhance productivity and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design engaging training modules for Microsoft 365

• Provide robust change management support

• Develop user adoption and communication strategies

• Assist in creating relevant training materials

• Track and report on user readiness and engagement metrics

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant practical experience

• 2–5+ years in technical training and development

• Familiarity with Microsoft tools like Teams and Share Point

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Ability to manage changing priorities effectively
