Capitalize on your Service Now skills in a hybrid Developer role centered around IT Asset Management in Ottawa. Drive efficiency and compliance with your extensive experience in IT.
We are in search of a talented Service Now ITAM Developer for a 6-month contract, requiring 37.5 hours of work each week. Ideal candidates will bring 10+ years of IT experience along with at least 5 years specializing in Service Now. You will significantly contribute to the development of IT Asset Management solutions, positioned to optimize productivity and drive compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enhance and develop ITAM solutions on the Service Now platform

• Improve efficiency of asset management operations

• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure compliance

• Customize and support the Service Now environment

• Adhere to government security standards and clearance requirements
Requirements:

• Over 10 years of experience in IT

• 5+ years specifically with Service Now

• Government of Canada Enhanced Reliability Clearance

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

• Proven ability to operate in a hybrid setting
