CMS Technical Architecture Lead

Become the CMS Technical Architecture Lead for a Canadian credit union and spearhead the migration from Open Text. This role is integral to the digital transformation of their public services.

As the Technical Lead, you will own the migration strategy and technical architecture necessary for transitioning from the Central1 Forge/Open Text environment to a new CMS. With at least 10 years of experience in CMS architecture, your expertise in assessing existing implementations and defining future states will drive success. You will also guide backend engineering and engage with security and architecture teams to ensure a smooth technical governance process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead technical assessments of the existing CMS environment

• Identify and inventory current integrations and dependencies

• Develop migration strategies for content and metadata

• Define API requirements and integrations for various platforms

• Support the entire lifecycle from migration to post-launch stabilization

Requirements:

• 10+ years in web engineering or CMS architecture

• Experience with enterprise CMS migrations, especially Open Text

• Solid understanding of cloud infrastructure and CI/CD

• Strong API integration architecture experience

• Familiar with banking or regulated industry standards
