In this permanent, remote role, you will primarily concentrate on Fixed Operations, guiding customers through the onboarding process to maximize their use of PBS v10 Apex.

Your role will involve providing training, ensuring customer engagement, and fostering successful software adoption across dealership operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Train customers to enhance operational efficiency with PBS v10 Apex

• Conduct engaging virtual training sessions

Requirements:

• Full fluency in French and English, both verbally and in writing

• 1-2 years in a car dealership specializing in Fixed Operations

• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools

• Exceptional communication and customer service abilities

• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
