As an Associate Director in Accenture's AI-Ready Data tower, you will drive large-scale data initiatives, be the trusted partner for C-suite stakeholders, and guide multifaceted teams. With a focus on cloud data platforms, you will champion innovations to enhance client outcomes and establish robust delivery governance processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end delivery for large data transformation programs
• Manage relationships with client C-suite and senior executives
• Oversee delivery governance, including status reporting and risk management
• Scale Accenture's AI-accelerated migration methodologies
• Guide design decisions with client architecture teams
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
• 12-15+ years in data solutions delivery
• Experience in managing large-scale cloud-based programs
• Strong understanding of data architecture and ETL/ELT
• Proven ability to develop future delivery leaders
