You will collaborate with product managers and UX designers to create clear, engaging guides that simplify complex functionalities. Your work will support effective learning for users across various platforms, all while gaining hands-on experience in a leading supply chain organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop user-centered product documentation and manuals
• Participate in content strategy planning with cross-functional teams
• Research product features and translate technical specs
• Write customer-facing FAQs and onboarding guides
• Produce videos showcasing new features and enhancements
Requirements:
• Enrolled in Technical Writing, Communications, or similar field
• Strong writing and editing skills with a focus on usability
• Experience with documentation tools like Mad Cap Flare
• Familiarity with content management systems
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities in fast-paced settings
