You’ll collaborate closely with IT Business Partners and the Application Excellence team to enhance business processes and improve application lifecycle management practices. Candidates must be enrolled in a qualifying program and demonstrate key skills in business analysis and project management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with IT teams to complete application lifecycle checklists

• Analyze business processes and user requirements

• Ensure data quality for application catalogues

• Work on application decommissioning processes

• Support business analysis, integration, and testing tasks

Requirements:

• Enrolled in third year or graduated in related fields

• Experience in business analysis and application support

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Analytical problem-solving abilities

• Knowledge of relevant applications and SDLC processes
