The Role
Join the IT Performance and Planning team, in the Analyst, IT Portfolio Management position, where you’ll provide hands-on support for IT performance and portfolio reporting, portfolio tools, operating model documentation, and internal adoption activities. You’ll help keep information and data accurate and up to date, support users, coordinate key activities, and contribute to clear, consistent processes across IT.
Help shape how IT measures, understands, and demonstrates its impact.
What You’ll Do- Collect, update, and maintain project and performance data and information in IT performance and portfolio tools, helping ensure that data is accurate and complete.
- Prepare standard performance reports and organize information for review by the team and IT leaders.
- Provide first-line support to users of portfolio and performance tools, resolving routine questions and directing more complex issues to the appropriate team member.
- Maintain IT policies, procedures, process maps, templates, and operating model documentation.
- Support portfolio prioritization, governance, and improvement activities by coordinating meetings, tracking tasks, consolidating feedback, and keeping documentation organized.
- Help create and format communications, training materials, and other resources for internal IT initiatives.
- Coordinate training sessions and internal forums, including invitations, materials, participation tracking, and feedback collection.
- Work with team members and business partners to gather information, support surveys and follow-ups, and keep communication flowing.
- An undergraduate degree in business administration, communications, information management, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- At least one year of experience in IT support, business analysis, coordination, or a similar role.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage several tasks and timelines with guidance.
- Experience collecting, entering, organizing, or reporting on data.
- Comfort with collaboration and productivity tools such as SharePoint, Teams, Power BI, and Excel.
