Our client seeks an experienced consultant to support an ongoing SAP Success Factors implementation, going live in early July. In this role, you will troubleshoot issues and offer guidance across modules like Employee Central, Learning Management System, and Onboarding. Collaborating effectively with stakeholders is key to ensuring smooth operational transitions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide ongoing support post-successful go-live
• Troubleshoot issues across SAP Success Factors modules
• Assist users with functionality and process guidance
• Collaborate with project teams and vendors for stabilization
• Support configuration reviews and defect resolution
Requirements:
• Over 5 years of SAP Success Factors experience
• Strong functional knowledge of Employee Central, LMS, and Onboarding
• Stakeholder communication and collaboration skills
• Experience in public sector or large enterprises
• Ability to work independently and in teams
