Our client’s Microsoft Business Solutions team, a Microsoft Gold Partner, seeks a Functional Solution Architect with extensive CRM consulting experience. This role includes involvement in presales, leading workshops, and managing both onshore and offshore teams. You will ensure high-quality delivery of Dynamics 365 solutions, leveraging your comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft’s platform while also mentoring junior staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead workshops and requirements sessions with stakeholders

• Manage delivery of business and software solutions

• Conduct gap analysis for workstream requirements

• Contribute to pre-sales engagements and demos

• Provide on-site support during project delivery phases

Requirements:

• 15+ years experience with Dynamics 365 CE

• Strong knowledge of Azure, Power Platform, and development

• Excellent presentation and documentation skills

• Proven ability to mentor and lead junior team members

• University degree in relevant field preferred
