Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze and document operational requirements and technical specs
• Create dashboards and reports for decision-making support
• Train employees on system usage and new procedures
• Address client system requests effectively
• Keep up with technology trends for ongoing improvements
Requirements:
• Degree in computer science, management information systems, or equivalent
• Minimum of three years supporting IT in education
• Familiarity with People Soft Campus Solutions
• Advanced organizational and communication skills
• Bilingualism in French and English required
