Junior IT Systems Support Specialist

The position is targeted at Junior to Intermediate professionals who have a background in IT support and enjoy working with infrastructure technologies. You will be instrumental in providing support for workstations, networks, and other critical systems across an operational facility.
Key Responsibilities:
• Install and troubleshoot desktops and hardware
• Provide both onsite and remote user support
• Manage Active Directory and troubleshoot connectivity
• Maintain specialized hardware and operational systems
• Respond to help desk tickets promptly
Requirements:
• Diploma or degree in IT or Computer Science
• 3+ years experience in IT systems support
• Strong knowledge of Windows and networking concepts
• Familiarity with ticketing systems
• Required Class G driver's license
