LARA-TECH LIMITED is seeking a skilled Network Support Technician in Ottawa. This full-time role involves desktop support, backup configuration, and mobile assistance for a varied clientele.
In this position at LARA-TECH LIMITED, you will provide essential IT support for desktops, laptops, and mobile devices across client networks. As a self-motivated technician, your focus will include Windows and OSX setups, Microsoft 365 management, and direct client engagement. The ideal candidate will demonstrate expertise, communication proficiency, and strong analytical skills while working independently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Set up and support desktop and laptop systems (Windows and OSX)
• Configure backup solutions for client devices
• Deliver onsite and remote service to clients
• Provide mobile support for iPhone and Android devices
• Manage Microsoft 365 environment effectively
Requirements:
• 3-year college diploma in Computer Science or equivalent
• Proficient with Microsoft 365 Desktop/Cloud applications
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Independent working capability
• Excellent analytical skills
