Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure Scrum practices are adhered to within teams

• Drive continuous improvement through metrics tracking

• Support the development of Agile teams and Scrum Masters

• Foster collaboration across various stakeholders

• Support organizational agility and operational efficiency

Requirements:

• Bilingual skills required (CBC levels)

• Reliability Status security clearance needed

• In-depth understanding of Scrum methodologies

• Ability to track and analyze team performance metrics

• Previous experience in an Agile environment
