In this crucial role, you will be responsible for providing technical support for microbiology and infectious disease diagnostic supplies and equipment. This position focuses on pre-sales product demonstrations, ongoing training for clinical users, and post-sale technical assistance. Strong communication is essential as you act as the liaison between users and manufacturers, ensuring effective implementation and troubleshooting of products.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct pre-sales product demonstrations and technical presentations
• Deliver on-site and virtual training for end-users
• Provide post-sales troubleshooting and technical assistance
• Develop expertise in product features and trends
• Relate customer feedback to internal teams for improvements
Requirements:
• BSc in health/life sciences or Medical Laboratory Technologist diploma
• Proficient in English and French
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Ability to travel up to 25% and work independently
