In this role, you'll be part of the Site Reliability Engineering team, ensuring the performance and stability of Kinaxis products in production environments. You will utilize your expertise in cloud infrastructure, automation tools, and operational efficiency to support our global customer base. Collaborating with Product, Security, and Platform teams, you will help develop reliable services while participating in incident response and continuous improvement efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support production systems to meet SLA targets
• Automate across environments using Terraform and Git Hub Actions
• Manage lifecycle of production and lab environments
• Participate in on-call rotation for incident resolution
• Troubleshoot and escalate infrastructure issues
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• 2-4 years of cloud engineering experience
• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)
• Strong problem-solving skills in cloud environments
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities
