Key Responsibilities:
• Act as the first point of contact for IT support
• Log, categorize, and prioritize support tickets
• Troubleshoot and resolve 1st line technical issues
• Escalate complex issues to 2nd Line engineers
• Ensure support requests meet SLAs and KPIs
Requirements:
• 1+ years experience in IT support
• Passion for IT and customer service
• Strong organization and communication skills
• Ability to quickly troubleshoot IT issues
• Understanding of SLAs and service desk processes
