Product Manager for Crypto Custody at Bitvavo

As the Crypto Custody PM Lead at Bitvavo, you will be at the forefront of managing our product roadmap. Collaborate with Engineering and Operations teams to implement hot and cold wallet security improvements and grow the crypto yield roadmap. You will balance security and compliance with growth strategies, making impactful decisions for our user base.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own roadmap for wallet security and custody transfers

• Partner for hot and cold wallet security refinements

• Drive initiatives covering staking, lending, and stable coins

• Manage withdrawal fees and network policy strategies

• Oversee vendor relationships with custodians and validators

Requirements:

• 8+ years in product management with crypto background

• Strong knowledge of wallet security and blockchain

• Proven ability to balance security, growth, and compliance

• Experience managing diverse stakeholders

• Solid understanding of custody experience is a plus
