Timeless Medical System Analyst

Randstad Digital is looking for a subject-matter-expert, Epic Orders lead for the implementation of the Timeless Medical Systems solution, supporting clinical nutrition and feeding-related workflows within a complex healthcare environment.

The analyst will drive all phases of the project lifecycle remotely, from solution design and Epic configuration to go-live stabilization and knowledge transfer.

• Serve as the Epic Orders lead for the Timeless implementation project, participating in project planning, requirements validation, solution design, implementation, and go-live activities.
• Design, build, configure, and test Epic components and workflows required to support the Timeless implementation.
• Collaborate with clinical, operational, nutrition, pharmacy, laboratory, and eHealth stakeholders to design future-state workflows and workflows enabled by both Timeless and Epic.
• Gather, validate, and document business, clinical, technical, and integration requirements.
• Work with technical teams and Timeless Medical Systems to test and validate system integrations, interfaces, and data exchanges.
• Support data mapping, data validation, conversion, and interface testing activities as required.
• Develop and execute system, workflow, and user acceptance testing plans.
• Support implementation readiness activities, including issue resolution, cutover planning, training support, go-live preparation, and post-go-live stabilization periods.
• Develop technical, application, workflow, and support documentation.
• Provide knowledge transfer and transition support to permanent staff to ensure long-term sustainability of the solution

• Certification as an Epic Orders Analyst combined with demonstrated experience with Epic.
• Demonstrated experience with Timeless Medical Systems or comparable applications.
• Strong knowledge of clinical nutrition and feeding workflows, which includes human milk, formula, enteral nutrition, feed preparation, and barcode verification for patient safety.
• Proven experience with application configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and support.
• Experience with healthcare system integration, particularly between Timeless and Epic, encompassing data exchange and end-to-end testing. Experience working effectively with clinical, operational, technical, and vendor stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
• Familiarity with applicable healthcare standards and requirements, including HL7, PHIPA, privacy, security, and data integrity.
• Experience with in a pediatric healthcare environment is considered an asset.

This is a senior-level contract position for one Epic Orders Analyst. It offers a chance to work on large-scale project within the National Capital Region.
