Construction Technology Consultant

Shape construction technology strategy at Ellis Don through platform optimization, business process improvement, and cross-functional stakeholder engagement. This consultant role supports enterprise operations.

As a Construction Technology Consultant, you will connect Operations, project teams, IT, Data & Analytics, and executives. You will translate operational requirements into scalable solutions across ERP, Power BI, project systems, and connected platforms. The work spans implementation, adoption, governance, and continuous improvement.

• Implement and optimize core technology platforms for operational needs
• Prioritize domain roadmaps, backlogs, enhancements, and integrations
• Gather requirements and communicate priorities, trade-offs, and sequencing
• Manage configurations, workflows, permissions, templates, and governance
• Lead adoption, training, change management, and user enablement

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience
• Four-plus years in construction technology or consulting
• Understanding of preconstruction, design management, and construction operations
• Experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud, Procore, Fieldwire, or similar
• Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
