Senior AI Evaluation Product Manager

Shape AI evaluation for Verily Health as a Senior Product Manager, combining product strategy, technical credibility, and healthcare expertise. Lead a platform used to improve AI quality.

You will own Verily’s AI Evaluation Harness across healthcare customers, verticals, and clinical risk levels. Set 12-month strategy and longer vision while leading software engineers and AI developers. Guide golden datasets, code assertions, LLM-as-a-judge evaluations, error analysis, and customer feedback signals. Build scalable platform capabilities for regulated use.

• Define product strategy, vision, milestones, roadmaps, and sprint priorities
• Build evaluation tools for diverse AI developers and healthcare customers
• Lead continuous discovery, delivery, and product iteration
• Align clinical, regulatory, quality, security, and data science stakeholders
• Drive the AI Evaluation Harness portfolio and roadmap

• 5+ years managing platform products with engineering teams
• Hands-on experience shipping customer-used AI evaluation tooling
• Software, systems engineering, data science, or clinical informatics background
• Experience with multi-tenant, version-controlled platforms
• Legal authorization to work in Canada without sponsorship
