OLAMBUS is building a unified analytics workspace that takes users from raw data to a complete insight report in one place — data preparation, SQL/Python analysis, visualization, workflow tracking, notes, and report generation.
We're looking for someone who can help us make the final analytical output as clear, polished, and professional as the work behind it.
What you'll work on- Design clean, professional analytical reports and PDF layouts.
- Improve how charts, KPIs, findings, insights, and recommendations are presented.
- Create reusable report templates and visual design standards.
- Help establish a consistent visual identity across different report types.
- Explore how data storytelling principles can make analytical findings easier to understand.
- Collaborate with the founding team to turn report design ideas into practical product improvements.
- A portfolio or examples of reports, dashboards, presentations, or other visual work.
- Familiarity with tools such as Power BI/Tableau, Figma, Canva, Raylight, Cap Cut, or similar design tools.
- Strong attention to detail, layout, typography, spacing, and readability.
- The ability to explain why a design choice makes information easier to understand.
- A willingness to learn, experiment, and work collaboratively in an early-stage startup.
You do not need to be an expert in every listed tool. We value strong fundamentals, initiative, and demonstrable work.
- Build something real — contribute to a working product preparing for beta users.
- Make a visible impact — your work directly shapes the reports users receive.
- Develop your portfolio — where agreed, showcase approved contributions as part of your professional portfolio.
- Work closely with the leadership team — contribute ideas and see how product decisions are made.
- Grow with the product — practical exposure to analytics software, report generation, and early-stage product development.
- A report experience that turns analytical work into a professional, readable, and decision-ready deliverable.
- The proposed rate is CAD $23–$26 per hour for agreed project work, subject to final scope and engagement terms.
