AI Software Quality Assurance Lead

Lead AI-assisted testing and release confidence at CGS Immersive, combining hands-on QA with analytical judgment for an AI learning platform.

As Quality Assurance Lead, you will own a comprehensive QA process for simulations, AI coaches, scenario-based training, and critique. You will understand application behaviour and learning outcomes, then establish standards that protect the learner experience. The role requires manual testing, regression planning, Jira proficiency, and independent release assessment.

• Establish QA strategy, testing standards, reusable test library, and release criteria
• Map user roles, journeys, features, dependencies, and expected learning outcomes
• Design functional, integration, exploratory, and regression tests
• Evaluate AI coaching, scoring, critique, variation, context, and feedback quality
• Document release risks and block production when evidence is insufficient

• Proven experience owning QA processes for software products
• Strong hands-on manual testing and comprehensive scenario design skills
• Knowledge of regression, exploratory testing, defect management, and release readiness
• Working proficiency with Jira epics, stories, criteria, and releases
• Exceptional detail, documentation, analytical problem-solving, and communication skills
