As a Cybersecurity Training & Incident Response Specialist, you will help clients improve cyber resilience through tailored training, tabletop exercises, and response planning. You will research environments, business operations, threats, and risks to create realistic scenarios. The work serves technical, non-technical, and executive audiences.
Key Responsibilities:- Assess client training and exercise requirements
- Design customized awareness programs and simulations
- Facilitate workshops and executive tabletop exercises
- Lead Incident Response Assessment Program workshops
- Deliver readiness reports and recommendations
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Five-plus years of cybersecurity consulting experience
- Experience delivering training and tabletop exercises
- Strong facilitation, presentation, and report writing skills
- Experience managing client-facing consulting projects
