We are looking for motivated and detail-oriented Insurance Brokers to join our team. New and experienced brokers are welcomed! Insurance brokerage is a relationship-driven profession where experience and client trust grow over time.

This role is suitable for individuals who are new to the insurance industry and interested in learning how insurance brokers support clients while building a long-term career
. Brokers operate with a high level of professional independence
, developing and managing their own client relationships and book of business rather than working within a traditional top-down reporting structure.

Compensation is primarily commission-based
, reflecting the clients and policies you service. With training, administrative support, and access to markets, brokers gradually build experience, income, and professional credibility over time.

• Assess clients' insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage.
• Negotiate policy terms and conditions for clients.
• Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Stay updated on insurance products, trends, and regulations.
• Work collaboratively with the team to meet individual and team targets.

• Sales experience in insurance, retail, or customer service (preferred).
• Strong communication skills, integrity, diligence, and dedication.
• RIBO license preferred (training support available if needed).
• Cantonese and/or Mandarin language skills are considered an asset.
• College diploma or higher.
• Must be a Canadian Permanent Resident or Citizen.
