Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to clients' inquiries via calls and in writing

• Efficiently process policy modifications and updates

• Clarify coverage and billing inquiries comprehensively

• Investigate and address client concerns promptly

• Prepare and maintain accurate client correspondence

Requirements:

• Must hold a valid RIBO License

• Minimum of 1 year experience in personal lines insurance

• 1+ years specializing in marine insurance required

• Fluency in both English and French is advantageous

• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
