Auto Claims Advisor at TD Insurance

In this position, you will assist clients following automobile accidents, ensuring they receive the care and advice they need. Candidates will need strong customer service skills and an analytical mindset to deliver equitable claim settlements. You will represent TD Insurance while collaborating with internal teams and external vendors to facilitate a smooth claims process.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support customers throughout the entire claims process
• Gather and verify crucial documentation for claims resolution
• Negotiate with vendors for appropriate damage settlements
• Maintain detailed records of claims interactions
• Collaborate with repair shops and other partners efficiently
Requirements:
• Minimum one year of claims adjusting experience preferred
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong time management and organizational abilities
• Ability to analyze evidence and negotiate outcomes
• Actively pursuing insurance designations is a plus
