Position: BrokerLink Personal Insurance Advisor Role
Location: Smiths Falls

Become a Personal Insurance Advisor at Broker Link's Smiths Falls, ON office. In this full-time role, you'll assist clients with their insurance needs while selling new policies.

Your responsibilities will include advising clients on insurance solutions, processing renewals, and writing new policies to expand the existing client portfolio. Communicating effectively with underwriters and adjusters is essential to ensure compliance. You will also help in community marketing efforts and enhance your skills through training programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Service ongoing client insurance needs and provide guidance

• Sell new policies and maintain the business book

• Conduct needs assessments and process renewals

• Prepare client documentation and issue certificates

• Engage in ongoing training and community marketing

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of personal insurance experience preferred

• Active RIBO license is desirable

• Strong customer focus and communication skills

• Ability to juggle multiple priorities successfully

• Excellent organizational and analytical capacities
