With three years of pertinent experience, you will be tasked with investigating and resolving bodily injury claims while maintaining high service standards. Work collaboratively and bring innovative solutions to meet client needs while contributing to your colleagues' growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Investigate and negotiate complex claims autonomously
• Engage in communications with clients, lawyers, and other stakeholders
• Oversee files related to litigation and ADR processes
• Provide technical coaching and support within the claims team
• Deliver top-notch client service according to established standards
Requirements:
• Minimum three years of claims experience is essential
• Post-secondary degree or diploma required
• Working towards Chartered Insurance Professional (CIP) designation
• Required provincial adjuster license(s) based on location
• Valid vehicle and driver’s license for travel needs
