Key Responsibilities:
• Create estimates for residential and commercial damage losses
• Review provider estimates and recommend actions
• Analyze claims circumstances for thorough investigations
• Prepare action plans addressing issues effectively
• Suggest process, method, and tool improvements
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Minimum five years of relevant property appraisal experience
• Advanced knowledge of Xactimate & Xact Analysis
• Strong understanding of construction and project management
• Valid G driver's license required
