Senior Property Appraiser

In this role, you will assist with claims settlements by creating estimates for residential and commercial property damage. Your expertise in Xactimate and Xact Analysis, combined with over five years of experience, will drive efficiencies and optimize service quality within the organization. You will work closely with various stakeholders to gather necessary information and propose effective action plans.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create estimates for major residential and commercial losses

• Review and evaluate provider estimates for compliance

• Analyze claims circumstances to gather relevant information

• Prepare action plans addressing issues as needed

• Suggest process improvements to enhance service quality

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field

• Minimum five years of relevant appraisal experience

• Advanced knowledge of Xactimate and Xact Analysis

• Understanding of construction and insurance restoration

• Valid G driver's license
