Acera Insurance seeks a Client Advisor to support its personal insurance clientele effectively. You will handle policy renewals, generate new business, and act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries. Ensure timely service while collaborating with Underwriters and Adjusters to provide optimal insurance solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as clients' primary contact for insurance inquiries

• Conduct comprehensive needs assessments and make recommendations

• Manage policy renewals and facilitate changes

• Generate new business and ensure policy retention

• Collaborate with Underwriters to resolve policy issues

Requirements:

• 3+ years of personal insurance experience required

• RIBO license is mandatory

• CIP designation is an asset

• Post-secondary education in related fields valued

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and insurance software
