Senior Actuary with Leadership Focus

In this critical role, you will provide actuarial support to senior management and other departments. You’ll assist in refining methodologies, conducting technical analyses, and optimizing estimation processes. Your contribution will span across liability valuations, fee-setting analyses, and collaborating with other departments for timely delivery of insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide actuarial support in absence of senior leaders

• Refine actuarial methodologies and processes

• Optimize estimation processes through technical analysis

• Collaborate with finance on actuarial data

• Develop performance metrics to assess liability

Requirements:

• FCIA and FCAS designations required

• Minimum 8 years of actuarial experience

• 1 year of team leadership experience

• Strong knowledge of valuation and financial reporting

• Effective communication skills for diverse audiences
