Become an integral part of CFMWS as an Insurance Specialist in Ottawa, dedicated to improving the financial well-being of military families. Focus on strategic growth and excellent client service.
In this position, you'll design and implement innovative insurance strategies, while mentoring advisors in their financial practice. Your work will enhance the overall client experience and contribute to the mission-driven objectives of SISIP Financial, which supports Canadian Armed Forces members.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create strategic plans for insurance practice development.
• Mentor and guide advisors in delivering financial solutions.
• Identify and meet training needs through stakeholder collaboration.
• Analyze service satisfaction and improve delivery standards.
• Support member experience through systematic evaluations.
Requirements:
• Bilingual English and French is essential.
• Bachelor’s or college education in relevant fields.
• Several years of experience in life insurance services.
• Provincial life insurance license and LLQP are must-haves.
• Proficient in CRM systems and compliance reviews.
