In this pivotal role within the Independent Business Unit (IBU) Service team, you will establish trusted relationships with clients and recommend insurance coverage that safeguards their interests. Leveraging your strong customer service and sales background, you’ll address ongoing client needs and manage inquiries. This position offers the uniqueness of combining sales and service in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver front-line Commercial Insurance sales and support
• Address client inquiries and process renewal requests
• Quote and sell new insurance policies to clients
• Prepare documentation and applications for clients
• Communicate with Underwriters about policies
Requirements:
• RIBO license or willingness to obtain
• Previous insurance or call center experience is preferred
• Strong customer service and conflict resolution skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
