Key Responsibilities:

• Investigate and resolve complex bodily injury claims

• Negotiate settlements for Automobile Policies

• Manage files involving defense litigation and ADR

• Coach and support the claims team members

• Provide exceptional service in line with industry standards

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of BI experience

• Post-secondary degree or diploma

• Chartered Insurance Professional (CIP) designation

• Provincial adjuster license (if applicable)

• Ability to travel and valid driver’s license
