As a member of HSO's Communications team, you will manage translation services, focusing on English and Canadian French while supporting Spanish, Portuguese, and more.
Your role will involve performance management, overseeing translation requests, and optimizing resource allocation within a hybrid work model in Ottawa, Montreal, or Toronto.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage the Translation team
• Oversee translation and interpretation request delivery
• Ensure high-quality translations across formats
• Manage external vendors for optimized resources
• Advise business units on translation strategies
Requirements:
• Fluently bilingual in English and French
• Five years of experience leading translation teams
• Five years in quality assurance for translation
• Experience with AI-assisted translation tools
• University degree in translation or relevant field
