Position: Hybrid Bilingual Editor/Translator Role

This temporary full-time position is available for 24 months at multiple Canadian locations, requiring candidates with bilingual proficiency in English and French. You will handle translations for high-profile CMHC documents, assist with terminology management, and contribute to quality control efforts. Strong project management skills are crucial for juggling multiple priorities effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Revise and ensure quality of translated documents

• Translate high-profile CMHC documents as needed

• Document terminological research and assistance

• Align materials with target audience expectations

• Aid internal clients with linguistic needs

Requirements:

• Degree in translation or a related field

• At least three years of translation and revision experience

• Expertise with translation software such as Trados

• Good project management and organizational abilities

• Knowledge of financial and statistical concepts
