You will lead the Translation team within HSO's Communications collective, focusing on delivering efficiency in translation services primarily between English and Canadian French. Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and supervise the Translation team
• Oversee all translation and interpretation requests
• Ensure quality across diverse document formats
• Manage and optimize vendor relationships

Requirements:
• Fluent in English and French with strong communication skills
• Five years' experience leading translation initiatives
• Proven background in translation quality assurance
• Practical experience with AI translation tools
