Reporting to the Legal Support Manager, the Legal Assistant will support multiple lawyers and enhance client service delivery. You will be responsible for organizing lawyers’ schedules, maintaining client communications, and managing essential documents. Your skills in administration will be vital to the law firm’s success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate multiple lawyers’ schedules to meet deadlines
• Draft correspondence and maintain client contact lists
• Conduct conflict searches and manage case files
• Assemble documentation for legal hearings
• Track lawyers’ continuing education and input into the LSO portal
Requirements:
• Prior experience in legal administration roles
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficient in MS Office & Adobe Pro
• Excellent customer service skills
